For Event Organizers

Catholic Charismatic Conferences, Retreats, Life in the Spirit Seminars, Healing Services, Training Programs and other such events are excellent venues for promoting the Cross of the Renewal. We appeal to every event organizer to prayerfully consider promoting the Cross of the Renewal at every one of your events. Here are three good reasons why you should:
• You will generate funds for your own ministry equivalent to 25 – 50% of the sales generated depending on the option you select. We are certain that the additional funds generated will be a welcome blessing.
• Your efforts will also generate funds for ICCRS equivalent to 10 – 15% of the sales generated, depending on the option you select. You will be doing your part as a steward of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal to enable ICCRS to continue to serve the Renewal through their ministry.
• You will have done your part to promote the Cross of the Renewal as a fitting symbol of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal and to foster a sense of unity among all who wear this symbol.
To assist you in this regard, we are prepared to offer you three OPTIONS
Option A – North America Consignment Offer
This option is available to Canada, The USA, and Mexico who are covered by the NAFTA agreement
We are prepared to send you merchandise ON CONSIGNMENT for sale at your events. You will be billed at Ministry Prices (35% off the Retail Prices). Within ten days of the close of your event you will pay us for what you have sold and may return the unsold products for full credit thus making this a NO RISK undertaking.
To further assist you in this regard, we will provide you with the following:
• Display Boards (see photos below).
Each item on the display board will feature its product code and its retail price. This will enable you to set up a proper display in a matter of minutes.
• You will receive a Tally Sheet that will facilitate the return of unsold items for full credit.
• You will also receive instructions as to how to ship the unsold merchandise back to us.
• You will have our permission to use the Cross of the Renewal in your program and publicity material.
• You will receive suggestions as to how best to promote the Cross of the Renewal at your events.
• You will receive a suggested Promo Text which can be used by someone to address the general assembly and explain the importance and significance of this symbol of the Renewal.
Option B – International Consignment Offer
This option is available to all countries whose government permits us to prepay the freight charges and applicable duties and taxes in Canada.
We are prepared to send you merchandise ON CONSIGNMENT for sale at your events. You will sell the items in your local currency at a price equivalent to our published retail prices. Within ten days of the close of your event you will pay us 75% of what you have sold. The unsold merchandise may be returned for full credit or it may be kept by you for sale at future events. This makes this option a NO RISK undertaking.
The amount of merchandise that will be consigned will be determined in consultation with you and will depend on your expected attendance at your events. A deposit of 20% of the retail value of the consignment is required.
To further assist you in this regard, we will provide you with the following:

• You will receive suggestions as to how best to promote the Cross of the Renewal at your events. This packet will include:
• Promo Text for someone to address the general assembly and explain the importance and significance of this symbol of the Renewal.
• Point of purchase posters
• Marketing suggestions
Option C – Final Sale
If you have made a decision to promote the Cross of the Renewal on a continuous basis at all your events, you may want to consider this option. The advantages are –
• You will generate a profit of 50% instead of 25%.
• You will save on freight charges
• You will have merchandise on hand at all times to serve the requirements of your members.
We are aware that in certain countries government restrictions or special conditions exist that make it difficult to participate in the manner described above. Please bring these special conditions to our attention. There is a good chance that we have encountered them before and know how to overcome these difficulties. For the Holy Spirit, nothing is impossible.
